Devushka Shop does not accept returns or exchanges, sales are final and they are not refundable. If the package is wrecked or broken, or you find that any of your items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can follow it up with the expedition service.
Please take note the delivery time based on destination address as follow,
JABODETABEK: 2 days
Jawa & Bali: 3-4 days
Sumatera: 3-4 days
Kalimantan & Sulawesi: 3-4 days
Maluku: 4-5 days
Papua/Irian: 6-7 days
If you find your order damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately by phone (+62 812 1926 7226) to make arrangement and schedule the return. Returns are only accepted within 1 day of the date when the package arrives at your place. Otherwise we can not offer you any help.

Setiap pembelian di Devushka Shop tidak dapat diretur dan kami juga tidak menerima refund. Bila Anda menerima paket yang terbuka dan rusak atau ada sebagian/semua yang hilang, segeralah konfirmasi ke kami agar dapat kami teruskan ke pihak jasa pengiriman.

Selanjutnya bila setelah paket diterima dan produk yang Anda pesan ternyata cacat produksi, segera hubungi kami via phone contact (+62 812 1926 7226) untuk mengkonfirmasi dan mengatur jadwal retur. Retur produk yang cacat produksi adalah maksimal 1 hari setelah Anda menerima paket dari kami. Lewat dari waktu yang dimaksud tidak akan dilayani.
